Sit down, relax and enjoy the view on this fantastic land.
This is the only way to the thermal hot spring river up in the hills called Reykjadalur in the South of Iceland.
Arriving by car the parking is at the end of the road where you can find a bar, toilettes and the parking machine. From there it takes around 3km and 45 minutes through hot springs and magical sights to the heart of the mountain and the hot river. The way back is just downhill but plan at least 3 hours for yourself to enjoy it fully. Also, do not forget the bathing suit and a towel.
