It can be difficult to know exactly how much food your baby needs. It’s not like babies just tell us. Or do they? As a registered dietitian, I will explain that babies who are in their first few months of eating solid food can indeed tell you when they have had enough food, if you know what the signs are! I will also let you know how you can ensure that your baby is eating the proper amount of food so that they are not overwhelmed. This video is all about portion sizes for your baby and making sure that your baby has enough of the vital nutrients to grow up as healthy as possible.
