Homicide #6/2017, Dameion McFarland, 34,

Background: On Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at 10:17 p.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting at 2999 Jane Street.

Police and paramedics arrived and located a man with life-threatening injuries. Lifesaving efforts were attempted. The man was later pronounced at the scene.

He has been identified as Dameion McFarland, 34, of Toronto.
