it was a monday for sure today when we made plans for the staff to help out in the Kingdom after the town of WHO-ville shut the water off for repairs. but the town of WHO-ville did not work on the water lines so the water was not shut off. oh well i had to work unsupervised all day which i got a lot of little things done. the main thing today was to strip down the D7 4T known as Jack. everything stripped off was put on pallets and organized so the pallets can go in a storage van trailer to be ready for winter work in the heated shop. very pleased how good of shape the 80 year old caterpillar dozer in for being so remove where we got him almost 30 years ago. the LeTourneau PCU winch is an impressive design and will make a nice shop project this winter. Sir Rodney had a good day with getting a shipment ready to come north to the Kingdom. thansk
this is a daily updated channel from the Kingdom in Northern Manitoba Canada where every day is a struggle to survive in the new world we now live in. the life style of recycling, re-using, re-purposing plus living with no money is what the Kingdom has been all about for the last 28 years. we have been doing it long before it became a cool lifestyle. thansk
