Today we are making two easy vegan pasta dishes that require just 7 ingredients, including the pasta!

⋇ Lemon Olive Oil Pasta: [ Ссылка ]
⋇ Easy 6-Ingredient Marinara Sauce
- 1/3 cup diced yellow onions
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed San Marzano tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, julienned
- 1/4 cup water*
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. uncooked gluten-free spaghetti of choice (we used Trader Joe’s Brown Rice & Quinoa Pasta)
1. Heat a medium pot over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of water (or sub a tablespoon of olive oil). Once heated, add the garlic and onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until fragrant and cooked through.
2. Add in all of the remaining ingredients except for the basil and water and mix until well combined. 3. Cover the pot with a lid (to prevent splatters) and allow it to come to a low boil. Bring the heat down to medium-low and simmer for 3-4 more minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth (or until your desired consistency is reached). Add water as needed to thin (we used 1/4 cup). Add the basil and pulse to combine.
5. Add the sauce back into the pot and warm through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve on top of your favorite pasta and enjoy!
