You can now withdraw cash from ATM, without using your debit card. All you will need is iMobile Pay app. Watch this video till the end to know how to create request on iMobile Pay and validate the request at ATM.
Steps for create the request with iMobile Pay app:
- Login to your iMobile Pay app, click on “Services”.
- Select “Cardless Cash Withdrawal”.
- Enter the “Amount”.
- Select your account.
- Enter 4-digit temporary PIN.
- Next, click on “Submit”.
- Pre-Confirmation Page will be displayed for the requests.
- Click on Submit.
- Congratulations! You have successfully generated the request.
- The reference code will be forwarded on your mobile number.
Next, visit the nearest ICICI Bank ATM and follow the below process:
- Click on “Cardless Cash Withdrawal”.
- Enter your Mobile Number.
- Enter the 4-digit temporary PIN that you have set.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the withdrawal amount.
- Congratulations! You have successfully completed the cardless transaction.
