Created by UT and organized by the LBJ School of Public Affairs Center for Politics and Governance and the Texas Exes, Subiendo helps prepare young leaders to address the needs of the next generation. Participants are rising high school seniors and are selected through an application process to attend the free academy, which is funded through private philanthropy.
