Happy New Years! I’ve created this 7 day challenge to really jumpstart your year! The idea is NOT to completely annihilate yourselves for 7 days…But rather to put your health, fitness, and your recovery first! Over the next 7 days, we will work on multiple aspects of fitness, including strength, conditioning, core, mobility, and more!
Day 1 is all about Lower Body Strength. All you need are dumbbells for this one. I used 15 lbs.
