This is a Tutorial of how to make a Triakis Octahedron Origami.

Triakis Octahedron is a regular octahedron with matching regular triangular pyramids attached to its faces. It has eight vertices with three edges.

In order to build the triakis octahedron, you will need to assemble a total of 12 units. Then, you will have to attached them together.
Watch out for the last step of the process, as you will need to fold and attached it differently.

I used a 3" x 3" for the tutorial of the units.
To make it easier to follow, I used a bigger size 4.5" x 4.5" and different colors for the assembly.

You may need to try it a coupe of times before being able to feel confident and showing others how to do it.
