This is a very cool magnetic motor that's supposed to use mostly the energy from the interaction of the permanent magnets between the rotor and stator and partially energy from a battery to energize a single electromagnet to push the rotor past the sticky point and keep the rotor rotating. One of the inventors claims 318% power out to power in.
