The results are in and I will be announcing the winner of the 22” griddle today! This is how to make a Hash brown omelette on the blackstone Griddle. This came out awesome and the family loves this Blackstone griddle recipe. They pretty much love all these Blackstone breakfast recipes! It was really easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. Start off with a little bit of oil and butter down and mix in the hashbrowns real good and get the veggies going. I like to try and get that butter all over the hashbrowns and get a nice crisp on them. When you feel like the hashbrowns are just about done pour the eggs on top of them and spread it around then add cheese veggies and seasoning to it. Give it a flip and then toast the bottom some more and then you can flip it to toast the top and pour some sausage gravy over it and it’s time to dig in. Amount of ingredients i used can feed two adults. Perfect hash brown recipe and hash brown breakfast.
3 cups of shredded hash browns, are used the refrigerated stuff in a bag and rinse it really good with water.
Half of one yellow bell pepper diced up
Half of a sweet onion diced up
Shredded Mexican cheese
Chipotle chili powder and everything bagel seasoning, season this to taste. I sprinkled a good amount over the top
Salsa I used Louisiana hot sauce and put a generous amount over the top
Some left over sausage gravy that I poured over the top when it was done
