Red Radish Kumchi
Ingredients:
6 bags Red radish (1 bag 16oz.)
1C. Korean pepper flakes
1 Tbs. Garlic
1 tsp. Ginger
1C, Fish Sauce
1/4 C. Sugar
Sesame seeds
Kimchi Paste; Let cool to room
temperature.
1 C. Water
4 Tbs. Flour
1). Wash and brine in salt for 1 hour.
2). Rinse on strainer.
3). Mix all together, It will ferment in 2~3 days.
