This is an apartment reno of 19 Culpepper House. The black windows and multi-coloured wood kitchen isle give it a loftey, industrial vibe and the clutter makes it a lived-in space with a lot of character. I hope you'll like it!

I use the T.O.O.L mod by TwistedMexi to rotate/move things. Everything will stay in place, even if you do not have it. Before you place the apartment enter the cheat bb.moveobjects

Everything is playtested and functional. NO CC!
