In this video I make a die stock for a 5/16 die so that I can cut the thread onto the special bolt I made for the new carriage locking lever. This is to avoid having to use a poorly-fitting spanner for the job and is now installed onto the machine. I also make some end stops to prevent over-tightening of the clamp as well as causing obstruction to the path of the tail stock.
