Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Olper’s milk 1 liter
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Rose water 2 tsp
-Custard powder strawberry flavor 4-5 tbs
-Olper’s milk ½ Cup
-Ice chunks
-Chilled water as required
-Olper’s cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Lal sharbat (Rose syrup) 1-2 tbs
-Vanilla ice cream 2 Scoops
-Colored vermicelli 1 Cup (boiled)
-Apple cubes 1 Cup
-Mixed fruit cocktail 1 & ½ Cup (strained)
-Pista (Pistachios) cut in half 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) cut in half 2-3 tbs
-Chocolate chips 3-4 tbs
-Green jelly cubes ½ Cup
-Red jelly cubes ½ Cup
Directions:
-In a wok.add milk & bring it to boil.
-Add sugar,rose water,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved (1-2 minutes).
-In custard powder,add milk & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved custard powder in boiling milk,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens.
-Remove from flame,place on a large bowl filled with ice & chilled water & let it cool while whisking.
-Add cream,rose syrup & whisk well.
-Add ice cream scoops & whisk well.
-Add colored vermicelli,apple,mixed fruit cocktail,pistachios,almonds,chocolate chips & fold gently.
-Add green & red jelly cubes & mix well.
-Garnish with green & red jelly cubes,almond,chocolate chips,pistachio & serve chilled!

-Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
-Cheeni aur rose water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
-Custard powder mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Boiling doodh mein dissolved custard powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulhay sa hata lein,large bowl mein ice & chilled water dal ker upper sa rakh dein aur whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein.
-Cream aur lal sharbat dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ice cream scoops ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Colored vermicelli,saib,mixed fruit cocktail,pista,badam aur chocolate chips dal ker gently fold ker lein.
-Green & red jelly cubes dal ker mix ker lein.
-Green & red jelly cubes,badam,chocolate chips,pista dal dein & thanda serve karein!
