Preparation and ingredients:
30 g of gelatin
120 ml of cold water
Let stand for 10 minutes
250 grams of sugar
100 ml of water
20 ml of lemon juice
prepare the form in advance. I have 20 * 20 cm.
Lubricate very well with vegetable oil
Heat over medium/low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved
after boiling - cook on low heat for 10 minutes
add soft gelatin
stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved
immediately start whipping with a blender
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
as soon as the mixture becomes white and stiff, immediately pour 1/2 part into the mold
add a little food coloring to the rest of the mixture (optional)
mix quickly and pour into a mold on a white layer
Let stand in a cool place until completely solidified
Mix in 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
