We sometimes have to get creative when filming our project tours. Our concrete company was finishing the exterior forms for the basement and we had not installed the temp staircase. Jesse has a small fear of heights and had to relinquish the camera work to our PM Spencer as we scoured the basement walls to film our tour.

This is the first look at our Melrose Ave project on our Youtube channel. This build will be a long process. When it is complete it will be a 25,000 sqft home with a tennis court, trampoline barn, soccer field, a lazy river, and much more. Follow along with us on this journey of building this incredible home.
