The NHS in England published advice many years ago to UK adults on how best to achieve their 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day to stay healthy and eating different varieties and colours of healthy foods. This video gives a fun and entertaining perspective and all of the information that's in the particular NHS report on what consists of one portion for most varieties of fruit, salad and vegetables.

There are other things like dried fruits which I didn't include. 30g is one portion but only a maximum of one per day
