Here's how to fix the issue.
First, check your computer clock.
Sometimes it could be your computer clock problem.
If your computer's CMOS battery is weak, then the time may run out and when you visit a website then you'll get the error message.
If it's showing the wrong date and time, reset the clock.
Right-click on the time and choose Adjust date/time
Then turn on set time automatically
Then refresh the page.
If you get the same error message, try using the following fix.
Click on the three dots on the top right-hand corner of your browser.
Choose More tools and then select clear browsing data.
Select the following items except for Passwords and then hit Clear data.
Make sure All time is selected
Check to see whether browsing data has been cleared.
After your browsing data is cleared, Go to the Windows search bar.
Next, go to Windows search bar and type Network connections
Then choose View Network connections.
You can also go to Control Panel - Network and Internet - Network connections
Once you see your WiFI connection, right-click on it and select properties.
When WiFi Properties window opens, select Internet Protocol Version 4.
Next click on Properties.
In the next window, you'll see Obtain DNS address automatically.
Under it, select Use the following DNS address
Fill up the first line with 8.8.8.8
and the second line with 8.8.4.4
Hit the right arrow key to fill the blank.
Next click OK and then close.
After restarting your computer, the Your connection is not private error will be fixed.
