Work Principle of Two-stage one-closed-circuit Crushing Process(Jaw crusher+Cone crusher)
The mineral stone is pulled by the truck and enters the silo. It is crushed for the first time by the jaw crusher and then sent away. This is the first stage of crushing. After being crushed by the cone crusher, it is sent to the vibrating screen. This is the second stage of crushing. This is what it means to say two-stage crushing. The closed circuit is better understood. The vibrating screen screens out the qualified particles and sends them to the three stockpiles respectively, and screens out the large unqualified ones, and returns the Cone crusher, this process is called a closed circuit.
