TIP: Pasta dough freezes really well! Flatten the pasta dough to 1/4 inch or so before freezing. This will allow the pasta to unthaw more quickly.

Eggs - 8 whole eggs (+ egg yolks for wash)
Flour (All Purpose) - 2.2 lbs (for pasta and stretching— more than is needed)
Salt - 1 teaspoon
