Changes are underway at the Baltimore Police Department to address the revelations about corruption that flowed out of the federal trial of two former Gun Trace Task Force detectives. Commissioner-designate Darryl De Sousa said Friday that he is considering asking for an outside commission to investigate. The federal corruption trial of former Detectives Daniel Hersl and Marcus Taylor has cast a very dark cloud over the Police Department.
