Rented a motorbike and toured around Thao Dien Ward of District 2 in Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and captured all the various sites and amenities this mainly expat area has to offer. Drove along mostly main roads adjacent to the Saigon River which separates the districts. It is very easy to rent a motorbike, and very cheap as we paid $6.50 USD for the day with a small cash deposit, and filling the tank needs no more than $5.00 ... even these days! People are extremely friendly and helpful so if ever you are in a bind for directions or things to do/see, there is always someone nearby offering a helpful hand or great advice. Enjoy the views and do visit Southern Vietnam at least once in your life, you won't regret it. ;-)
