3 cups water
350 gms boneless chicken cubed (1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper)
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup beans
1 cup cabbage
3/4 cup green bell pepper/ capsicum
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp garlic, finely chopped
Green chilli, to taste - sliced
3-4 Tbsp spring onion greens
Salt and pepper to taste
