Wow, just wow. When I did my initial RSS Grand Tour with Stock Parts I thought that a single-launch, let alone a REUSABLE Grand Tour was impossible or infeasible, but here we are today.
The Venus ascent system was by far the hardest thing to get working in this mission. The suborbital docking mechanism I used in this mission was extremely difficult to pull off (took me something like 50 attempts before I got even close) due to the very tight window of opportunity before the complex fell too far back into the atmosphere.
Some craft used in this video use a significant amount of part clipping, so they may appear to be completely underpowered for this mission.
