After years of long hours and hard work, I finally packed my bags, quit my job, and moved to New Zealand from the US on a Working Holiday Visa.

My visa will last me for one year and will take me all throughout the North and South Island, through the Misty Mountains and Mordor, and through vineyards and orchards alike. I will be fruit-picking my way around the country and documenting all my travels here and on my blog, Dare to Elsewhere.

This video shows my first 36 hours of the adventure and the process of moving to New Zealand. So far, it hasn't been a vacation and has been a long, stressful process and getting everything together for my Working Holiday Visa.
