Under cross examination by counsels to INEC, President Bola Tinubu and the APC, Mr. Chinwo, a software engineer said he conducted investigations around the uploading of results to the IRev portal by INEC and discovered that there was a deliberate attempt by the electoral umpire to sabotage the process.
However, counsel to INEC, A.B Mahmood objected to the testimony of the witness. He insisted that INEC used the highest level of software security, judging from the documents presented before the court.
In like manner, the Peoples’ Democratic Party called its subpoenaed witness.
