Polygamist "prophet" Samuel Bateman and three of his wives are facing federal kidnapping charges after they were caught traveling with underage girls in Flagstaff, Arizona in August. The FBI alleges Bateman is running a polyamorous cult, having as least 20 wives to himself. Bateman was arrested in Arizona after authorities discovered three underage girls traveling in a squalid trailer attached to the fundamentalist church leader's pickup truck. Bateman faces trial on March 14 after pleading not guilty to federal kidnapping and tampering with evidence charges. The Law&Crime Network's Sierra Gillespie and defense attorney Duncan Levin have the details.
