3 pounds (1.36 kg) Honey (we used Drapers NE Honey, don't be confused by Bevy's Bees label as we repurposed one of her jars)
2 Apples roughly chopped
2 inches (5 cm) Ginger Peeled and thinly sliced

Back sweeten if you choose (we sweetened to a 1.008 gravity)
