Ingredients :
3 nos. Mackerel (Bangda) - slits given, cleaned and washed thoroughly
For Masala Paste :
18 nos (50 gms) Shallots
10 to 12 (25 gms) Garlic
1 inch (10 gms) Ginger - roughly chopped
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf)
5 to 6 nos (1 sprig) Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Vinegar (or as per taste)
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Other Ingredients :
4 to 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
1 sprig Curry Leaves
