Essentially, forest bathing , which actually has nothing to do with water, is a slow, mindful walk in nature where the person pays close attention to their surroundings, using all of their senses.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Port St. Lucie Parks & Recreation is hosting free yoga sessions at various parks, including at The Saints Golf Course, a brain fitness class as well as a forest bathing session. The session will be Saturday, May 21 at the Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens.
