This video is for readers who have already watched the Top 10 Essential Graphic Novels list, and want some extra comic book recommendations.

Whereas the Top 10 list featured comics that the majority of readers will enjoy, these books are the personal recommendations of cartoonist Stuart McMillen. He explains why he likes each of these graphic novels so much, and shows footage of the artwork.

The list is diverse, with everything from Frank Miller’s "Sin City" (noir crime genre), through to Lucy Knisley’s "Something New: Tales from a Makeshift Bride" (slice of life genre, about planning a wedding) featured.
