DK Shivakumar, another contender for the top post, will be offered the deputy chief ministerial post, according to sources. He is expected to get important portfolios in the state Cabinet, sources added. Siddaramaiah's swearing-in is likely to take place on Thursday. A meeting of all the 135 Congress MLAs is expected to be held on Thursday.
