You will not get lost in the crowd at Body Innovations. Whether you chose private instruction or our small group classes (with never more than 10 registered clients in the class), modifications and variations of classic exercise routines will ensure that you are effectively and efficiently working towards your goal. During all sessions we provide feedback that allows you to understand the biomechanics of the exercise. With this knowledge you will be able to more easily understand and focus on corrective measures. You will ultimately see an improvement in the quality of your movement during daily activities as well as in competitive and recreational sporting activities.
