Ingredients
Enriched Non Bleached Untreated Flour, Water, Palm Oil, Canola Oil, Sugar, Natural And Artificial Flavor, Citric Acid Preservative, Potassium Sorbate Preservative, Ascorbic Acid Added As A Dough Conditioner, Turmeric Color.
Cheddar Cheese Puff Crust
1 (9 - inch) square of frozen puff pastry
½ cup grated Romano cheese
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten with 2 teaspoon water
1. Thaw the pastry as directed on the package. Sprinkle the flour over a flat work surface to roll out the pastry into a 12-inch square.
2. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the pastry and fold the square in half to make 12-by 6-inch rectangle. Fold the pastry again to make a 6-inch square.
3. Roll out the pastry into an 8-by 12- inch rectangle. Brush the pastry with the egg wash before baking.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and browned.
