An easy rice dish cooked in meat broth with some spices, vegetables, and meat without the rice sticking together.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Basmati Rice.
- 400 grams of Lamb. You can use any type of meat you like.
- 1 large Onion.
- 1 tsp of Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp of Cumin
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 4 tbsp of Fat (you can use Butter, Lard, Vegetable shortening, or Ghee - clarified butter)
- 2 tbsp of Fruit Raisins
- 3 minced Garlic cloves.
