Try this soft bread once you try it, you will not buy bread anymore!
Ingredients Used:
____YEAST MIXTURE____
- Sugar 2 Tbsp
- Yeast 2 Tsp
- Lukewarm Milk 1 Cup
❗️NOTE: If you use active dry yeast, then you do not need to dissolve active dry yeast in lukewarm milk before using it. Therefore, you can directly add the yeast with the flour.
❗️Make sure to check the expire date of the yeast…because if you use an old yeast which is already expired then your bread will not be soft & fluffy! Using an old yeast can cause your bread to be doughy…!
_____DOUGH_____
- All Purpose Flour or Plain Flour 2 Cups
- Salt 1/2 Tsp
- Oil 2 Tbsp
_____________‼️Note‼️_____________
- The diameter of the pan that I have used for baking the bread is 8 inch.
- TAWA means frying pan which I used at the bottom of the pan. (Use an old frying pan)
- Use BRED KNIFE to cut the bread! So that, the bread will look like the commercial breads!
- Use a HEAVY BOTTOMED PAN, so it will be as perfect as mine…😉
___BAKING IN OVEN___
Bake at 180°C or 350°F in a pre-heated Oven for 15-20 minutes.
