Abdirak, devotee of Loviatar, Mistress of Pain, is found in the goblin dungeon in Baldur's Gate 3 Early Access, and if you only bring Astarion with you, these are the comments he makes. As far as I can tell, he makes these same comments regardless of whether you pass the skill checks or not.
If you want to recreate this, but you've brought your whole group, all you have to do is separate the other two companions (break that link/chain between the portraits) so only Astarion is attached to you.
