Welcome to the 2nd episode of Kampong London, your favourite Malay cuisine cooking show shot in London... probably.
Today we'll be cooking Daging Lembu Masak Kicap (Beef and Malay Soy Sauce), an all around favourite dish in Singapore and Malaysia.
Yes I am aware that I made plenty of mistakes such as calling it Kicup Manis and spelling Kicup and "Kichup". My apologies.

Ingredients:
- Beef (I used 1KG)
- Kicap Manis (Malay Soy Sauce)
- Ginger (I used about 4cm)
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- Broccoli
- Frozen Fries (optional)
- Rice
- Seasoned Pepper
- Salt
