In October 2019, sake sommelier and Japan Week ambassador Raul Diaz joined us for a seafood dinner with a difference. As well as tucking in to dinner at the newly revamped Ametsa restaurant at COMO The Halkin, London in Belgravia, guests learned about the pairing potential of five different premium sakes from Japan.
The series is produced by Foodism as part of Japan Week, sponsored by JFOODO, a celebration of Japanese food and drink in London, from 23 September to 3 October 2019 and returning for 2020.
