The Holy Mess Basic Vanilla Protein Creami Recipe:

1 scoop protein powder vanilla
1/4 cup cottage cheese fat free or low fat
2 T sweetener powdered, or sugar (adjust calories/points)
1 T vanilla pudding mix powder vanilla, sugar free (or regular and adjust calories/points)
2 cups almond milk regular or vanilla, unsweetened
1/4 tsp guar gum optional, but it helps with creaminess and makes it less icy
1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
4 WW points, 291 calories, 33 grams protein
