[ Ссылка ] PARIS - Georges Chakra wowed the audience once again with his Fall/Winter 2012-13 women's collection during Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris. The collection included everything from down-to-the-floor gowns, cocktail dresses and voluminous skirts. The Lebanese fashion designer has been presenting his collections for over ten years now at Paris Couture Fashion Week and has not disappointed once. As for hair and makeup, the models sported dark red lipstick, matte foundation and groomed eyebrows along with a classic updo. Chakra used a variety of fabrics for the glamorous collection such as embroidery, feathers, ruffles, leather and sequence. The colors on the runway were very bold such as violet purple, burgundy red, navy, silver and gold which added the glitz to the clothes. A part of the inspiration came from birds with all the feather hemlines used and as well as a chic sense of style for the everyday woman. The show closed with a beautiful white covered up gown and sheer trail with a feathered headpiece.
