I know its difficult to see the difference on YouTube when you don't know what to look for that's why I suggest taking 5 minutes to install it and test it out.
It comes in an easy to install package compare to a more complicated way I used to use for this same kind of effect.
"SVP allows you to watch any video on your PC file with frame interpolation (like you can watch it on high-end TVs and projectors). It increases frame rate by generating intermediate animation frames between existing ones to produce very smooth, fluid and clear motion.
