This recipe of making Maas ko Dal is as authentic as it can get. One of our favourites and we really enjoyed preparing the Authentic Thakali Thali and eating it too. We hope you enjoy the recipe and video as much as we did making it.
Ingredients:

Maas ko Dal: 1 and half cup
Water : 3-4 cups
Turmeric Powder: half a teaspoon
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Ginger paste: 1tbsp
Salt: to taste
You can also add a little bit of ghee at the end while boiling.
