Ingredients:
to make dough:
wheat flour – 1 ½ cups
salt – to taste
oil - 2 tsp
water to make dough
to make stuffing:
eggs – 4 (boiled & grated)
salt – to taste
chilly powder – ½ tsp
pepper powder – ½ tsp
coriander powder – ½ tsp
cumin powder – ½ tsp
coriander leaves – ¼ cup finely chopped
oil – 1 tsp
oil for cooking the parathas
