In this video, we bring you an episode from the Technique section.
Kru Chris takes you through 10 combinations you can practice as your "line work" training. We normally train combinations on the pads in this line method during classes. Without a partner, combinations can still be shadowed by yourself - focusing on hand positioning, balance and sharpness in your strikes. Even without a partner, train with focus and intent. Be mindful of how your balance feels - train for perfection in your techniques.
