In today's video, I'm going through a few tips you can use to stay focused on a very important part of business - PROFITABILITY! You won't be able to stay in business for long if you're not focused on creating a sustainable profit margin for your microgreens business. Here are my 3 top tips:

Tip #1: Work More Efficiently (:41)

- systemize tasks (checklists, schedules, etc)

- Leverage your time by hiring people
- work faster
- multi-task (use with caution)

Tip #2: Reduce Expenses (4:30)

- spend some time each month/quarter/year to research better supplies or suppliers

Tip #3: Get more sales (6:05)

- block out time for sales tasks
- follow up with customer consistently
- offer new products
- try out a new market
- hold and event and pitch your product or service
