On October 23rd, 2022 at approximately 1720hrs, this driver was heading eastbound on WMC Drive in Westminster approaching the red signal at Route 31, New Windsor Road where a VW Sedan was already waiting at the signal. The signal proceeded to change to green. The VW failed to proceed through the intersection once it was clear to do so. After repeated usage of the horn, the VW driver finally started to go as the light changed back to red. The driver of the VW then proceeded to get angry at this driver throwing their hands in the air multiple times motioning towards the traffic signal. The signal once again goes green, at which point the driver of the VW proceeded to show their middle finger and drive off.
