Keto Cranberry sauce
1. 12 oz bag of cranberries
2. 1 cup of powdered erythritol/monk fruit
3. ¾ cup of water
4. ½ tsp vanilla extract
Add the cranberries to a nonstick medium saucepan that has a lid. Mix all the ingredients except for the vanilla extract. Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer, put the lid on, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the cranberries open and form a sauce. Once it has formed into a sauce stir and finish incorporating the sauce together take it off the heat and add the vanilla extract. Store in an airtight container. Only 4 net carbs per ¼ cup serving. The carbs come from the cranberries there is no added sugar.
