कल एक मैसेज आया कि मुझे अक्सर jealous महसूस होती है...

जब अपने से बेहतर किसी को करते देखती हूं...

किसी के पास कार है तो jealous हो जाती है किसी के बच्चे विदेश में चले गए तो jealous हो जाती है…

इससे बचने के बहुत सारे उपाय हैं क्योकि ये हर हालत में शरीर को नुकासना देती है...

इसलिए इससे दूर रहना ही अच्छा है!!

इसलिए सबसे पहले खुद को टटोलिए... बजाय Jealous के खुद को टटोलिए कि दूसरा अगर बेहतर है...

तो उसमें क्या खास बात है या मुझमें किस बात की कमी है...

और दूसरी बात ये कि अपने आत्मविश्वास का विकास कीजिए...

अपने बारे में जो कुछ भी आपको पसंद हो उसे लिखिए...

और अपनी कमियों की भी लिखिए और फिर अपनी कमियों को दूर करने का प्रयास करिए...

यदि हम अपनी पसंद पर ध्यान देने लगेंगें तो हमारी ईर्ष्यालु होने की संभावना कहीं कम होती जाएगी...
